Case Study

Client: Mid sized  manufacturer and distributor of consumer goods


Challenge: The company had outgrown the existing accounting system, but the management team felt they did not have the time to  select the right replacement system. The concern was that the decision would be based on what was easiest, rather than what was best.


Solution: Kinetic Thinking performed a detailed analysis of the client's order management, fulfillment and financial processes. Key team members were interviewed and all processes were documented, both existing and envisioned. Ten days, start to finish.


Result: The results of this  analysis drove the rapid selection of the appropriate enterprise management system.
