Principal & Co-founder

Linda has been focused on developing innovative solutions for logistics and customer service throughout her twenty-plus  years in the high technology supply chain.  Glossy brochures and presales promises aside, at some point you actually have to DO something for a customer.  Do what you promise and do it well and Linda believes you'll have a customer for life.

After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University, Linda taught secondary school Chemistry and Mathematics.  Her skills in business process integration, outsourcing process design and logistics management have been developed serving in multiple functional roles culminating as Vice President of Contract Logistics Services and as Vice President of Business Process Architecture for MicroAge, a Fortune 500 company.  A prime responsibility of each of these positions was ensuring the effective alignment of information systems investments to achieve business processes results.  Linda served as company champion for the RosettaNet eConcert implementation and is a certified facilitator of the Crosby Quality Improvement Methodology.

As a co-founder of Kinetic Thinking, Linda is applying her expertise in the development of standards and methodologies for effective supply chain improvement initiatives.  She is also sought as an expert in the intricacies of the high tech distribution network and value chain.
