Ultimately, great business opportunities are realized through innovative processes, supported by the right technology, used by well skilled people. The challenge is to identify and develop the right process, utilizing the appropriate technologies, while enabling the people who must perform the work, all in a pragmatic and cost effective manner. Through his experience spanning industries as varied as semi-conductor manufacturing to financial services with expertise in supply chain, sales, IT and operations Charlie is able to blend the use of technology with process innovation to create new value within the enterprise.
After serving in the US Navy Submarine Service, Charlie earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Arizona State University. Charlie has held positions at Digital Equipment, Ernst & Young and Solutions Consulting. Prior to co- founding consulting firm Kinetic Thinking, Charlie served as Chief Information Officer for MicroAge.
